That is a known error with some sky domes and lighting. It can be corrected with the proper settings. The problem is I do not remember the fix at this time. I will try to look up the information for you.

    Thank you,Jaderail.

Not only that, the render output image using 3Delight Render is worse than the viewport image.
Maybe the textures used are not optimized for DS 4.6.
This is why I ask the question.

I haven't had any issues with Infinite Gardens myself and I use Daz 4.6. The visible line in your render can be removed by lowering the shading rate. I tend to do my renders with a SR of 0.1, but obviously this will lengthen render times so it may not be ideal for your case.

I use panorama's a fair bit, and visible seams are a common occurrence on lower render settings.

    Convert the skydome to Subd
Scene tab, select the skydome, click on the icon at the top right corner with lines and a small triangle to display a context menu, there should be an option ‘convert to sub-d’.

    or

using Uber Surface on the Skydome in combination with UE2 and turning off AO surface by surface will help.

    or

turn up the bias on the uber-environment light to get rid of the grid lines, I think it’s set at .1 by default, I put it up to around 1. or you can subdivide the mesh.
