Install Manager Help Needed

So I'm trying to install the Install Manager on my Mac and it keeps giving me "error creating directory"? I think I have a 64 bit Mac, but I could only find Install Manager for a 32 bit mac; could this be affecting it?

There's no such animal — the DIM program itself doesn't need a lot of system resources, so it's only a 32-bit program. It should run OK on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. That sounds like a file access permissions glitch; are you trying to install as an admin account?

    That's what I thought.
Nope, just a standard user account.

Weird. I'd suggest trying to install as admin, but (if that works) I'm not entirely sure if that would leave any content installed by DIM accessible to D|S running in your normal account. Better wait a bit and see if any Mac experts — I'm not one — pop their heads over the parapet.

You get the error when you install InstallManager correct?
What Mac OS X are you on? Sounds like 10.9.x, am I right?

It works? Oh good, I wasn't entirely sure about that. (He said, confidently...)

Shhh. Don't admit it after you find out you were right.
