I've trying to download Bryce 7 pro the free version but it keeps asking to pay for it..Any advice please.

There isn't a free version of Bryce 7 Pro. At one stage there was a free PLE edition, but that is now discontinued. Also for a short period it was possible to purchase Bryce 7 Pro at 100% discount, in conjunction with Daz Studio and Hexagon as a complete suite of programs. but that offer ended some years back.
Now it is a regular Store Item, but at a very much reduced price to what it cost when it first came out.
