Loading object into scene

I've purchased The cage for a scene I'm working on, but I can't seem to load it. The prop doesn't seem to be available in the contents library.

The MAT and lights files are there.

Can any please advise?

    Did you install both files? It needs both to have the Poser cr2 and Obj files...

    Yes both have been installed

    We got lucky it has Metadata.. If Not I would have still shown you the Poser files... but I always try Products first.
