Anyone consider a plugin for Faceshift Studio?

As usual, at first glance, it would seem easy enough... but then again, I've been fooled before.

Faceshift provides a network IP address based stream of what they call "Blendshapes" or markers. This data is captured facial animation information at a designated frame rate. A plugin for DS could be made to look at this stream, remap the Blendshapes to user-designated morphs (or maps) with offsets and scale if needed, and apply them to the designated target character. It also would be ideal to capture this "performance" or take, as an animation track or sub track.

The plugin they provide for Motionbuilder is pretty close to how I wish a plugin for DS could work.

Any ideas?
