I think you would be able to as when I was using GenX2 to transfer an Aiko 4 character to Genesis 2 I found that it kept choosing V4 as the source instead of A4, which tells me they are pretty much the same.
Poses yes, without a doubt. Clothes could be a little more problematic, All clothes that have unimesh add-ons will be fine, or those that say they have fits for A4.
However it should be not a lot more difficult than trying to fit some clothes onto a morphed V4. If the morph you are using is not built in then it can have unfortunate effects.
Hello,
if I need Victoria 4 to use Aiko4, will Aiko 4 be able to use the wardrobe and poses of V4?
Thank you!
The reason that you need V4, is because Aiko 4 is a morph of V4, and not a standalone figure. We are spoiled nowadays by clothing fitting (or Auto-fitting) to other characters, but it was not always like that. As chohole says, if the morphs for A4 are listed in the V4 clothing, or they are Unimesh fits, then they should work.
There is a tool inside DAZ Studio called 'Transfer Active Morphs' which can help as well, but there are no guarantees.

Thank you both, that helps!
