Problem with DAZ and finding the programm

Good Evening,
I installed DAZ a few days ago, everything was fine. Today I reinstalled it because I wanted to start fresh. Now I got a problem, since the Icon to start DAZ dissapeart, like completely. I can´t find it in Programs, I can´t find it on the Desctop and I can´t find it in the Folders (Programms/ Daz....)
Only thing I find is DAZ install Manager...
How can I get the Programm back ? :) Because If I reinstall it, it loads but if i close it its like its not there oO
Thx in advance :)

When you say "its like its not there", do you mean the software installation or just the shortcut icon on your desktop to run DAZ Studio?
If it's just the shortcut icon, you can try right-clicking with your mouse anywhere on your desktop and choosing New > Shortcut and then click the Browse button, locate the folder in which you installed DAZ Studio, and select the DAZStudio.exe file. Then click the Next button and type in the "name" you want to assign to the short cut, in other words, Daz Studio 4. Then click the Finish button, and the new shortcut should show up on your desktop.
If the DAZ Studio software installation is what's disappearing from where you installed it to, then I have no idea what could be causing it, or how to fix it
One note, though, if your computer is running Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8, I would suggest you not install it to C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86). I have my DAZ Studio 3 and DAZ Studio 4 installed to a new folder called C:\3D Applications, which is where I have all my 3D software installed. It keeps things from getting into conflicts with the Windows environment.
Thy a lot for this huge answer :)
Just found out that DAZ downloader is installed in Programms x86 and DAZ 3D as a Programm is installed in Programms x32...
:)
So I found it , even though I can´t find it in my Programms list who are installed ( sorry i don´t know the neglish word..) but never mind since it is working somehow :P
Well I'm glad to year you got it working.
Another thought I just had, if you're using Windows 7 (not sure about Windows 8), you can usually find the DAZ Studio shortcuts in your Start Menu by looking at the bottom where it says All Programs. If you click that, it will take you to a list of other software installed on your system, and I believe that's where you will find a DAZ 3D folder with the links to your DAZ Studio.
