Do any of you have the Kids 4? Can you apply Duke hair (bundled with Kids 4)?

I can apply Duke hair to Basic Child (Genesis). But I can't apply Duke hair to the Kids 4. It's supposed to be applicable since they are bundled. I've tried every morph dials but failed.

The Duke Hair for Genesis that comes with the free content is not the same Hair prop. That Duke hair is the Gen4 version in the Kids4 bundle. Just like some Hairs come for Genesis and V4. The free one is Genesis only.

And the Duke hair for K4 would be in the Poser formats section...but if both versions were installed, to the same content folder...would one overwrite parts of the other (textures are a very big YES). If they are installed to two separate content folders (a DS3 and a DS4) then yeah they'll work properly...

The newest version shouldn't but when did it get marked with the 'for Genesis' and go to pure duf/dsf geometry in the data folder...I'm not sure the early DS4 version were that way.

Thank you Jaderail and mjc1016. I read the readme file and go to http://artzone.daz3d.com/wiki/doku.php/azproduct/10274 for product document but it's a blank page. Where else can I find the doc?

Anyway, I've found the Fit to dialler. But I don't know how to really make it fit. When I dial the knob Fit_K4 Male, it seems the Duke hair only go up and down, not fitting. What do I miss?

Select the Hair morph (Fit_K4 Male) and dial it to 100% exactly, and it fits perfectly.

This is HR2 hair (Poser) and it does not conform like Figure hair (CR2), it is just parented to the head, and not 'Fit To'.

Try that, it works for me.

    You're most welcome.

You are doing well to take that in your stride. You will also find PP2 (Prop) hair in Poser format as well, although not so many nowadays, so it can all be a bit baffling :)
