Lace-up open front bellbottoms for v4?

I do not see this set of V4 jeans available anywhere, for pity.  What ever happened to them?  Is it possible I may be able to find/obtain them? 

I'm glad most everything else is still avialbale, though.

In truth I'm desirous of an outfit like what C.C. (pronounced See-two) wears.  

Perhaps this may be interpreted as a desired product suggestion?    

...Guess then I'd buy it. :)
