list of all objects in a scene in poser 7?

In Vue d'Esprit, it's very easy to see the various objects that you're using in a scene. There's a list on your right hand side that just lists objects asyou add them to a scene. Is there a way in Poser 7 to see a list of all the different elements that you're using in a scene, even if it just consists of all the things you are adding to a model? I'm using two hairs, so I can affect each differently, I'm just looking for a way to click on the right one each time. Any info appreciated, thanks
