Problem with install manager

I just downloaded and installed install manager. When I launched it, it said it will download DS4.6 and install it for me. So after coming back to my computer after about an hour, the install manager is already frozen. It says "13" next to "ready to download", but it clearly has nothing on the list.

    Click on the black triangle to the left of Products to expand it.

    I did... I know how to use a computer -__-
    And notice how it says "not responding" at the top?...

    Can you force close it and restart it?
