2 accounts on 1 ISP

I have an account, my wife wants her own account and copy of DAZ 4.6 on her computer. It won't let her open a new account or load a copy on her machine, my account is all it will allow. Anyone have a solution to this problem;-)

    If she opens an account with DAZ 3D in her own name she can then order and dowload DS 4.6 for herself and get her own unique serial number.

    I don't know why you are having problems. It certainly is not anything to do with your ISP.

    A lot of people do have copies of their DS on multiple computers within their house, without any probelms.

    If the problem is that she is using the same email address as you to try opening an account with DAZ 3D, then that could cause a problem, she needs to use a unique email address, as the DAZ 3D store uses the email address as the username, as do many on line stores.

    You can have the forum user name changed, but not the store one.

    Myself and 3 of my kids each have accounts here...and we are all using the same ISP...but each of us does have unique email addresses.

    We have 3 accounts set up in our household so it don't have anything to do with your ISP. You just need to make sure you have a separate email address. The system won't allow the same email address be used
