Whtat's wrong with my DAZ Studio? (solved)

Since March 8, the bought products do not show on neither "Smart Content" nor "Content Library"!!!

Example: Poke away 2 does show on the Content Library but no any content inside.
It does not show on Smart Content.
The files of Poke Away 2 does been installed into my Mac.

    I don't have this product (I do have the Genesis version) but does it not consist of morphs, so you'll not see anything except in the morphs/shaping tab?

    PokeAway-2 is found in the Shaping Tab (when A Gen2 figure is selected, under each bodypart.

    I bought a lot of products, not only Poke Away!

    They all do not shown on neither Content Library nor Smart Content!

    Have you tried refreshing your Content Library? I don't use the CMS so don't have the Smart Content tab, but I do at times have to refresh my Content Library if I happen to install something while I have DS open.

    Yes, I did search the Content Library and nothing found but only "product name".
    You can see from the attached image.

    I installed with DIM.

    Not only Poke away, but all other products bought since March 8 all have same problem.

    does it have something to do with my HD?
    PS: My HD has less then 40GB.

    All products bought after March 8, all can not be found in "Product" in "Content Library" but only the "products' name".

    Since I have Poser 2014 Pro, I have tried to locate the products with Poser.
    I already found some products in Poser!

    Sounds like a CMS crash, go to Content Library Pane and do Content Library Management. Export User Data, then do reimport Metadata

    You may think it is not problem about you can not see user face file in Content library/product,
    but I have experienced , when database break, I could not add any product-meta-data anymore.
    So that I think Totte advice work for you too.

    Though there is anotehr possibility, if the product dsx files were not correctly assigned with asset file path,
    they can not be seen in content library>product,,

    I may check dsx by text editor, then compare actuall file path too. I ofthen get miss product.dsx before,
    but nowdays, almost items are offered with right dsx , I think.

    What exactly is export user data- and why do you do that before you reimport the metadata?

    Export user data copies all changes you have made to the content database into a userdata_1.dsx file and puts it in a runtime/support directory in the first library defined in the DAZ Studio format list.

    This, plus all the product metadata, is your content database backup.
