Armpit problem

Hello,
First of all I'm just blown away impressed by the realism of the available characters/models. I'm leaning heavily towards purchasing V4 but the one thing that I've noticed is that V4's armpits consistently appear unrealistic in most renders I see. They seem to go wayyy too high up and lack the part of the pectoral muscle that crosses over the armpit and attaches to the shoulder (Pectoralis major tendon). This is just really annoying to me (I love that little part of the armpit)

I haven't been able to dig into Daz yet, so first of all, is this even still a problem with V4 for Genesis 2? If so, are there products that fix this?

Second, V6 seems to be almost completely anatomically correct and doesn't have the armpit issue. If I can't get V4 for G2 to solve this armpit problem, is it at all possible to use V4 face morphs on V6? From what I read I believe this to be untrue, but just want to clarify.

One more question, if the V4 for Genesis 2 route works do I only have to acquire Victoria 4 for Genesis 2 Female? Or do I need to get
Victoria 4.2 Base as well?
