Need help tracking down some resources

Hey folks. Need some help finding something I have seen in several renders but can't find on the DAZ store.

I am trying to build a scene in a residential neighborhood, and I have picked up some great low-poly houses from here: http://www.daz3d.com/collective3d-5-low-poly-bungalows.

In the screenshots, those houses are sitting on some very nice lawns, with driveways and sidewalks and streets. What I'm trying to figure out is where the package's author came by those resources. I realize they might have been custom built and never put up on the shop for sale, but I feel like I have seen the same or similar-looking resources in shots of other items by other authors (vehicles, etc).

So my question is this: does anyone know what resources were used to create the lawns/sidewalks/etc in this shot?

    Much of that was covered in the PA's thread about the Release. I think its in the Commercial Products Forum or Commons.

    Ah, I see... the street, grass, etc, depicted seem to be a "mock up' and not ready for release yet. That explains it.

    I myself would love to have it, and hope it gets released in the near future.
