"Error opening audio file" in Lip Sync

Hello,
I have a problem with the Lip Sync plugin..
I'm trying to load a sample audio for the character genesis2 female and I get an error saying "there was an error opening the sound file".
It's happening with all of the evaluation sounds that came with the basic installation.

What can I do about it?

    No clue, are the files loadable Out side DS by other sound software? If so it's not the files.

    yes a regular player plays the sounds..

    Will your DS play ANY file at all, like from another place? If not it could be a bad install.

    no, the lip sync is showing an error for any sound file I try to load.

    I'm gonna point the big brains at your thread. I'm not sure what could cause that. It's one error I've not run into before.

    I got an email saying that " moderator has split your thread."
    what does it mean?
    is there a solution to this problem?

    None I know of. Never saw this before...

    Your not allowed to BUMP a thread so it was removed...

    Just to be SURE you are using the 32Bit version of DAZ Studio and the content is NOT in the Program Files folder(s) correct?

    what do you mean "BUMP a thread "? I haven't done anything..
    yes I'm using this version with the audio files that came with the program.

    Then I and others have no idea's as to why it is not working... from the looks of the responses neither has any others. If I had a clue I would offer help but this is one that I have not a idea what is going on.

    Have you sent a Support Ticket as of yet? I think it is the best option here.

    I understand, and appreciate your help, but isn't there a developer or someone who can help?
    what am I suppose to do? this is the support forum for the program :)
    is there another way I can contact the company for help?
