Toon Generation Hair Frazzel

I'm running into difficulty keep the hair with the figure's heads in Carrara 8. I was successful on one model, but not on the others and did nothing different. I tried dropping it on the figure, dropping it on the head, moving into sub-category on body and on head. Nothing seems to work. When I move the figure the hair doesn't come with it. If I try to move the hair independently ...it won't bulge. Any suggestions?
