rendering question

Hi,

 

I am trying to rendering the animation of a character without background (stay as transparent). but all of my rendering animation came out with a black background...

I tried 3deight and nvdia iray setting.

please help T.T

What image file type are you saving to?

Have you set the Environment background to a colour or an image? This overrides the normal transparent background when rendering.
