rendering black background/ smart content

I have not used daz3d since version 4 point something. I got a new computer and am having trouble remembering things. I am trying to have a black background and floor like in the second picture but mine is rendering gray and showing gray. Everything I have searched for, for how to do this does not work. I am also having a hard time using custom content downloaded through DIM from daz store. Nothing shows up in smart content. I had to search all over content library to find anything. Thank you in advanced if anyone can help me or direct me to a proper tutorial, most everthing I find is for previous versions of daz and do not help when I try to follow along.

My 3D Spin

Go to the Envirornment tab and turn on background - Click on the color picker (The grey area)
and choose black as background!
