Full Fringe dForce Hair for Genesis 3 and 8 Female issue

Hi team, I have just bought Full Fringe dForce Hair for Genesis 3 and 8 Female by PhilW but cannot get the hair to sit naturally. I have tried all of the morphs but the best I can do still ends up looking like the attached, draping outward from the face. Couldn't see a way to contact the producer so am posting here in the hope that someone knows what I am doing wrong

If a product has the word DFORCE in the title, it uses that for movement over morphs.
