removing body hair on genesis 8 basic males

I  cant for the life of me figure out how to remove the chest hair and such from the basic genesis 8 male I am working with. is there a setting I can toggle to remove all the body hair or something that I am missing?

In this case I believe the hair you're seeing is part of the diffuse texture. You can either change his material or create a new hairless diffuse texture and use it in your current skin material.
