When I apply an Iray material that was bundled with the HanMei Hair color I get this error. I did a maual install, I am NOT using CMS:

Did you have the hair selected? When I have seen that error, it's because the vendor set it up so you have to have the figure(g8f g8m etc) selected to apply the texture. If I remember right anyways.

    Thank you!

No problem. I think most of us are so used to having to select the object and the surface to do it, they should ban this new method lol. But of coure I am biased, being one of those used to the old way.

They should ban it, and that error message doesn't help. cheeky

I got this message in log when I tried to simulate wardrobe. Is there a reason for this outburst from my Daz? Keeps repeating

Yes, the reason is a regression regarding OpenCL in the latest nvidia drivers. You need to go back to driver version 517 for now to use dForce. Nvidia is aware of the problem and working on it.

Is this applicable also for RTX 3080? Funny thing is that I'm experiencing issues related to dzcloudtasknotifier.cpp only when trying to render 1 subject (https://www.daz3d.com/baryolax). For all other scenes with different subjects I never had any issues. Is it possible that the issue is the subject and not the graphic card?

    Cheers!
