You need some sort of ground for the shadow (and lights set to cast shadows), and if you are trying to integrate the render with a photo backdrop you need a shadow catcher shader on that ground so that only the shadow is visible - which application are you using?
Your lights look extremely bright, what light set are you using? The light intensity may be killing the shadows.
Do you have shadows turned on for the lights, they are off by default, and you need to switch them on in the Parameters pane for that particular light.

im using daz 4.6 and the problem is on the render attached
