How to get money back?
Hi,
A purchased product is not working due to not documented prerequisits.
OK, no problem, there is the 100% refund (money back) guarantee.
So I opened a request in the help center addressed to the sales support. But up to now, several days later, I didn't get any feedback.
How long will it take for the sales support to react?

Depends on the workload of customer service. They are great but sometimes a bit loaded with work.
Sometimes it takes two weeks - but it will get refunded.
Did you tell them how you want the refund?
As store credit or back to your credit card ...
As long as it wasn't bought using discounts from a sale that does not honour the returns policy there have been several of those lately.
