Unable to download the New Daz Studio 4.62 manually.

It says "To install DAZ Studio Pro manually click here", But when I click "here" nothing happens. I have tried with both Internet explorer and Firefox.

    I assume that you already have a version of DAZ Studio which you bought from the store at some time?

    If so, go to your 'My Account' area, then Product Library and search for DAZ Studio 4.6 Pro. When I do that, I get the latest version 4.6.2.117.

    The Product Library is usually kept updated.

    JimmyC_2009,

    Thank you! I have the new version. I tried to install to a new location but it still found my old version and wanted to uninstall. So I made a new fallback point in System Restore, took my life in my hands, and installed over the old version. Everything seems to work so far. Now I only need to take a long walk to calm down my nerves (remembering what happened last time I did this) and I can go on as before.

    Tjeb: that is your order date, not the date of the software you will download.

    My order date is in 2012, I still get the latest version offered when I click on the Blue download button, try it and see. You don't need to download it, you can cancel before it starts.

    thanks, you were right, I should have known that it was my order date.

    So... now I have it downloaded, let's see if it wil install on another drive; I still work with 4.5 Pro without DIM and I don't want to mess up.

    Is there only a 32-bit version?
    The Product Library shows DAZ Studio 4.6 (Win 64-bit) but when I try to install the Install Manager shows only a 32-bit version.

    DAZ Install Manager (DIM) is only a 32 bit program/utility as it doesn't need to handle memory heavy operation, it will install content, plug-ins and both 32 & 64 bit programs.

    Well the update I downloaded through DIM today is 4.6.2.106. The only place I see 4.6.2.117 is a download link on the Product Library page for 4.6, and that's the old Bitrock Installer, not a new DIM zip download, so not everything has been updated.

    Edited to Add: OK, my mistake. The 4.6.2.106 version was a BETA downloaded a few weeks ago. I just went back and checked by modified date, and the one I downloaded through DIM today IS 4.6.2.117.

    That is the new manually downloaded installer, DAZ is keeping that available for people who can't/don't use DIM. It looks like there isn't a way now to manually download the DIM zip, all you can do is use DIM or manually download the executable installer.
