Creating weigth map for a mesh
Hi,
I did a test to create a skeleton on a cylinder.
I created three bones aligned on the axis of this cylinder.
Then, I created the weight map with Tool Parameter.
The result is satisfactory, but it is quite long and laborious.
Now, I would like to create a dragon tail, with about ten bones. But if I have to do it manually it will be very long !
I would like to know if DazStudio allows me to create this weight map automatically, just like for clothes with Genesis.
Is it possible and how to do ?
