I'm shocked and speechless to find that there is no way to type in coordinate value

I hope that this is my ignorance. But I can't find any way to enter coordinate value by means of typing. Only way is to drag slide bar knob. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Click on the Numbers area and then Type in a new Value...
