No idea how to ask this

I have no idea where i should ask this question so maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I want to buy the V6 pro bundle but i already have the Norma character that comes as a part of the bundle. Its cost is $11.17 and i would be happy to substitute this character for another of the same value. Can this be done and how...

    If you bought within the last 30 days there should be no problem asking for a refund, if not you can only try throwing yourself on the mercy of Sales Support and see if they will give you a discount on the bundle.

    What you would do is Purchase the V6 bundle and Submit a Ticket to sales showing that you purchased the item included as a separate item. Supply the order number/purchase number. DAZ 3D will then may issue you a credit for the amount which you can then use to purchase other content.
