No skew or distort things?

I'm quite new to 3D world. I'm a decent user of Photoshop. What I am trying to find is the way to make a character look like attached picture. I just want a view to render, not to modify character. Please help and thank you in advance!

    Try this for a starter:

    - create new camera
    - in Parameters tab: switch on Depth of Field
    - Focal Length (mm) 15 (more or less)
    - then adjust camera height, etc

    What you basically do is put a fish-eye lens on your DLSR camera.
    Don't forget to swith to that new camera in the view-port.

    I didn't do a good job on the left shoulder in short time.
