Texture change in Photoshop manually

Trying to change texture of a wall from brick to wood or just regular matte. . .

Bridge for photoshop didn't download right for me.

Is there a way to manually place the texture map?
or download the current one and uploading it with new texture after some photoshop edit?

    Select the item, in the Scene pane, then bring up the Surfaces pane...the item should be showing, if it has more than 1 material, find the one you want to change...then look for Diffuse. There will be a little, thumb-nail like image and a bar with color in it...click on the image. That will bring up a dialog box. Select None to just get rid of the brick (do the same for bump or displacement) and set the color you want by clicking on the bar. Or select browse and to be able to replace the image.
