Got the program after seeing some FF art people made. Been trying to get into game design since I took a few classes in school along with animation. The software is pretty awesome and hoping to figure out how to make more diverse hair. but will stay on these forums to learn more :)

Welcome to the DAZ 3D forums.
if interested in 3D game design you should use Unity assets or other bespoke game content, Daz originals and RawArts figures are only content you can use as 3D meshes with the game developers license's available in the store.
The Daz content is way to highpoly for a game anyway so would not even bother.
YOU CAN rig models in Daz studio though which is handy if making models yourself in other software.
That said, you CAN use Daz content royalty free for sprite based games and cutscenes and certainly art and videos etc ANY 2D renders (or stereoscopic renders often misnamed 3D) no license needed.
Just wanted to add my welcome, coolysouthkid.
