I need some help Daz guys

Have you updated your EULA somewhere other than what I have been able to find
EULA = End User License Agreement (EULA), usage rights,
Because I got a letter for Youtube asking for a (EULA), usage rights, for one of my videos and when i clicked the links they appear to not exist
This is where i found the DAZ (EULA), usage rights, link which is blank
https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/forums/133380-licensing-and-legal
and is this link is blank also
https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/123876-what-is-daz-3d-s-end-user-license-agreement-eula

DoesDaz have another (EULA), usage rights link that works that I am not finding?

Thanks
Ivy

PS is a copy of the email sent to me by google.

Dear IvySummers1,

Thanks for submitting your videos for monetization. We have disabled monetization on the following videos because we were not able to verify that you have the appropriate (EULA) commercial use rights for the animation content used in your videos.
Please provide documentation or links to the documentation that you have the necessary (EULA)commercial use rights for the animation elements in your video,

please take a moment to learn how to claim rights to a video, and then submit documentation using the links above.{ http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1311196 }

Please note that we may only serve ads on advertiser-friendly content. YouTube reserves the right to make the final decision whether to monetize a video, and may disable monetization for users who repeatedly submit ineligible videos. If you currently have videos pending review, you may choose to opt them out of monetization by visiting /my_videos.

Thanks,

The YouTube Team

AT this moment the EULA page is down as you have already found out. If you need a copy please contact them and maybe they can email you it. I will flag you post up so maybe someone from DAZ can look into this.

    Ivy I received your PM.

If you want to save a copy, so you know what you have sent in PM you need to tick the box under the message panel, (save a copy to the sent folder) It doesn't happen automatically, as it did on the old forums.

This may suffice for you: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/123835

Though if not, there should be a copy of the EULA in most of the installers that have the readme included in them (Or at least I am fairly certain) though if not, as mentioned the best thing is to contact DAZ3D in case they may have updated it.

I did actually check that, and let Ivy know by PM, that if she starts running an installer then the complete EULA is there, It's in the box, for the first tick you have to make during the install proscess, where it says accept or decline. Easy (well fairly easy) to do a ctrl C to copy from there, and paste it into a word doc or something.

Thanks Chohole for the copy of the EULA.
Youtube okay my animation after i sent them a copy, you gave me :)
    whew!!
i looked through my read me file and couldn't find any Eula in the installers.
But then again I'm not using any of the Mata data. or uninstallers either
When I buy a product here at daz or anywhere else for that matter. I load it in my Sand Box I created just for my daz &poser; products, scan for viruses and test the product and then add the files to my runtime.

The eula link on some of the read me files will take me to the link that is blank.
Also Ann the link you posted https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/123835 that has the end user licenses the EULA links comes up not found - DAZ 3D's End User License Agreement (http://daz.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/daz.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_f... )
