Side scars.

Is it possible somehow to scar one side of Gen 8 male's face. Nd is there a way to color the two sides of his hair differently?

You'd probbaly need displacement to get enough detail, assuming ti wasn't a PA making an HD morph for a product in the store - it could be done in any sculting aplication. Dividiing the hair would require a customised tectuer set, assuming the UV mappng was sutiable - both doable, though not trivial to do.
Hmmm... a Face Transfer experiment might need be in the works.
Otherwise scuplting, grafting, uv mapping, and texture painting
For that drastic a changeover, might consider rendering 2 images, dividing them up on layers in GIMP or Photoshop or PSP, etc. to make the final image file.
