Previous purchased items

Since you are unable to do purchase search for a specific item, what I use to do is go and fake a purchase. I
would get a message telling me order number blah blah blah of the purchase..

Well it happened once again...but the item was added to my cart...Never received message that this was
previously purchased...

Will this be corrected???

Anyone else having the same problem?
