Changing body but keeping victoria 4 face?

Hi I am trying to use the v4 mode and would like to keep the face but change the body skin. Any way to do this?

    Do you mean the V4 shape for Genesis or Genesis 2 female, or the original Victoria 4? Is it textures or shapes you want to change?

    Sorry I found it Richard thanks, I was just wanting to change the textures
