Products with P4, P6, and PP versions - which one to choose for Studio - Solved!

I have a number of products from Daz3D, particularly sets by Faveral, that include multiple versions, P4, P6, and PP.
Studio 4+ is my platform, and I'm unsure which Poser version is the best fit to select from the Content Library. There doesn't seem to be any difference that I can see after I load them. To save space, and confusion, I'd like to remove the sets that would be least effective in Studio, but they're all included for some reason. I just don't know the why of it, especially between the Poser numbered versions and PP.
Can anyone advise?

You certainly don't want the P4 version. P4 used a propriety version of bump mapping called .bum, which can only be read by Poser. These are obviously very old products as P4 was supeceded by the original PP, which could read jpg bump maps. . Either the PP or the P6 version should work for you.
PP is the best choice -- this was an upgrade to Poser 4. P5+ introduced features which for licensing reasons were not allowed to be incorporated in DS.
Thanks, chohole and fixmypcmike, for the information.
So many older models are just amazing in their detail, albeit confusing when they show multiple versions/options. That uncertainty has slowed me down in using them, always a nagging question about which one is best for my application, Daz Studio.
I can clear the decks a bit, now.
You can get rid of all the P4/P5 loading files...tidy up your content a bit.
