Objects return deformed and misplaced from Zbrush

I hope someone can help me with this problem:
I have a prop sofa, which is part of a room. I export it to Zbrush:
Object - Export Object Mesh to GOZ - check "Export Posed" - check "Object part"
I work it on Zbrush but when I active the morph to "1" the prop sofa gets deformed and moves away from its original location.
Does anyone happened the same with objects in Zbrush?

You imported to the wrong scale or you moved the object.
When I export the object checking "Export Posed" returns deformed, but when I export no checking "Export Posed" returns right...
