If I have more then one character. How do I move the character to a side view without moving the other character?

    In which application? In DAZ Studio select the figure you want to move and either use the translation sliders in the Parameters pane or, if you have a tool with translation handles active, drag on the arrows pointing in the direction your want to move in the viewport. You can also move a figure by selecting the hip, but be aware that pose presets are likely to reset the hip translations.

    By turning the actual character instead of the camera.
