how to get character back to Square

Been working with a figure in a scene... when I zeroed out the figure... the figure didn't go back completely to the T - Pose. The whole body was rotated... Consequently now my x-y-z toggle is thrown off.... and rotates and translates at the awkard angles once I have made character perpendicular.
how do I get my figure back to being perpenducular to the ground, at the zero pose?

Which zero option did you use?
While figure is selected go to Edit - Figure - Zero - Zero Figure or Zero Pose. Or select parameters tab, right click on it and from menu pick Zero - ...
Maybe it was a glitch... but " restore pose" is working now
