You need to have a light shining on the side of the vehicle which is facing the mirror, or there is nothing to reflect. Also, do not have a light shining directly into the mirror.
(1) As you can see The reflections are weak here as well.
(2) I added a distant light from the camera with some shadowing on, as you see the Jeep looks better but the reflections are still bad.
(3) Here I set the plane as described beside with a black diffuse, still no good reflections.
(4) Here I added another distant light (no shadows) from behind the mirror to light up the Jeep from the side that should reflect, and you have reflections ;)
(5) Here I added a prop behind the jeep to prove I'm not faking it.
The image at the bottom describe how my lights were setup. Remember that if you want decent render times you need to "fake" the lights that normally bounce all around us.
This could have been achieved using an UberEnvironment too, or the Advanced Ambient Light.
Set diffuse color of the plane to black. Or diffuse strength to 0. Which "tells" DS that the plane doesnt have its own color. Otherwise you get mix between planes color and reflections.

What lighting are you using?

You could also try changing the Specular colour to White for a brighter render.

Basic mirrors.
OK, here I've been recreating your scene.

I usually refer to Maclean's tutorial for mirror reflections in the old DAZ forum archive -->

I've never had a problem with mirror reflections using his suggested settings.
Thank you,JimmyC_2009.
I used the default light and that is exactly the problem as you guess.
Thank you, Totte , ben98120000 and Miss B.
I appreciate your help.
