Parent Kione hair to V4.2

I have tried and tried to get this hair to move with the figure to no avail. The clothes stay on but not the hair. I have used the "parent to " window and clicked on V4.2 and also tried the drag and drop method in parameters. All suggestions greatfully accepted.

    Did you parent to the head? I thought that hair was made for V4.

    I parented to V4.2, not the head. Will try that though. Will try anything to make the program work. At this point I am getting to where I don't want to use the program at all simply because simple stuff causes headaches.

    Parented to the head and did drag and drop to the head. It didn't work. The parent windows specifically say 4.2. Think I will go back to animals and scenics. Far less aggravating.

    Kione is a figure hair for V4 - it doesn't need parenting, it needs to be fitted to V4 - either select the hair and use the Fit to button in the Parameters pane in the Misc group or right-click on the hair in the viewport and select Fit "Kione Hair" to..., then pick Victoria 4 as the target.
