Is there away to fit genesis clothes to genesis 2 figures?

edited December 1969 in New Users

Every time i try to apply genesis clothes to genesis 2 figures thea auto fit utility appears asking me about the original figure to which the clothes was made, but i don't find genesis among them all there is generation 4 characters. so i choose none and determine the type of the clothes I'm applying and apply the setting but after the calculations there is always a very big poke through.

so is there another way?

Genesis should appear in the dropdown list in Autofit.

I only get Genesis 2 Male, and Genesis in the list, I haven't bought any other figure shapes for genesis 2.

You may need to reinstall the Genesis 2 Male and Female figures again to fix this. It should not harm anything else.

You could do that by creating a morph using ZBrush or similar, but it is not a simple matter, there is a bit of learning to do.
In the meantime, you could have a look at this in the store: http://www.daz3d.com/lycaon-the-werewolf This is designed for Genesis using the Freak 5 character

The vendor, RawArt produces quite a few fantasy type shapes for Genesis. When on the page linked to, click on the vendors name at the top of the page, and that will take you to all of his products. See what you think.

Yes, Hexagon can produce morphs which can be sent to DAZ Studio using eh bridge from Hex to DS.

You must NOT remove or add any vertices though, but it can be done depending on your knowledge of Hexagon.
