Everything about DAZ and the website is seems very supportive and easy to me except I cannot seem to find instructions on how to return product.
Sorry to hit the forums with this but not getting a response from DAZ.
1. Go to the Help menu at the top of the page, and click "Contact Us."
2. Under where it says, "Submit a Help Request," click the "Submit" button. (Make sure you are logged in first)
3. Fill out the form and choose "Sales Support" as the department. Click Submit (at the bottom).
4. Wait patiently. Customer Support does a great job and is very responsive (speaking from personal experience, they often respond within a few days), but during times of heavy volume (not too uncommon), in other words when many people are requesting returns or other assistance, there can be a delay of a week or more.
A couple of additional notes -- I've never had an issue with a refund request following these steps:
I use "Request for refund on " as my subject.
In my description I state why I want the refund - ordered by mistake, already own it (oops), not as flexible as I thought - whatever; I also indicate whether I want a store credit (usually) or an outright refund. If I already own the product, I try to include the order number I first purchased it on - also do this if you want a partial credit for the price difference on what you paid and the current sale price if you purchased the product in the last 30 days.
Plug in the order number.
You want the Sales Support department, and you will need to fill in the application and OS blanks.
Submit - and wait. There are times in some of the sales when a lot of people are finding something they just bought is now cheaper, and the sales group can get pounded at times. But I don't think I've ever waited more than 3 business days (normally these are NOT processed on weekends).
Also, be sure you do NOT try to return things which clearly had stated they are not refundable/returnable. A lot of these past sales have said if it was used to get to a tier, or part of the snowball sale, it is not returnable. It is stupid because it's getting very hard to know what is what- it's not marked anywhere as non-returnable so you just have to "know."
