What do I do with these fishnets...?

I made some MALE fishnet stockings out of something I already had because you don't know how many times I want to put dudes in fishnets and it's like the battle of the century, so I decided to make them secondskin. But its not exactly second skin... They are literally pasted onto the skin as a layer because that's easiest for me...
What I did was take the texture file from Attitude Vol 1 and finagle with it until it worked. Attitude is for females, so even if I tried to put them on a male they wouldn't fit, and it also doesn't work right with PP 2012 for me.
So I took one of the texture mats, worked with it..FOR A LONG TIME, which is why it may look so weird. It was originally a Jpeg so it was black with a white background and I cut out one stocking, and then removed EACH AND EVERY white spot from between the nets. So, they still need work because some of the white is still visible, but I'll get to that.
Anyway, I pupped warped it to work on a male texture map (Malachi specifically, but I will probably swap between different skin maps)
But it looks wrong to me. Like the top speciifcally..the band....I know it's kind of bumpy but it looks...WEIRD.
They ALSO don't have a bump map, and I'm not sure how to make one. I'm also not sure what making a bump map for these would even do...
What I am doing is I am loading the altered limb textures from the material room and applying them there, so that he has the fishnets.
What should I do with these? Should I try to make these layers into bump maps? I would probably do so ON the bump map for whatever limbs I use. Note I am not merging them onto the limbs, they are just layers and can be moved.
And they're so bland..Idk what to do with them ):

I put panties on him so he's not naked
even though he dosn't have anything...

Create a geometry shell and apply the texture (and you'll need to make a transparency map also) to the shell.
