Can I use Subdragon Hair on Millenium Dragon 2?

I have MilDragon2 and I much prefer it to Subdragon. I really want hair for my dragons and I notice there is only hair for the SubDragon.
Is it possible to use it on MilDragon?
I mean, if I try to conform it to MilDrgon is it gonna get all wonky...?
