You can probably find more if you search the DAZ store for "long hair" and click "Victoria 4" in the section on the left to narrow results to that figure.

Blue Flame

The closest match that I know of here at DAZ is the victoria-5-elite-ponytail . It gives you the pony tail and hair around her face.
