photoshop CS6 can´t read u3d... why

hello....

i asked months ago for help regarding this problem.
it´s still not solved... if anyone can give advise: please help!!!

my fullversion of photoshop used to be able to read exported u3d formats

now it can´t anymore... photoshop tells me it cannot read this format

open gl is on... are there other settings that might cause this problem within photoshop?

    Are you sure you have Photoshop Extended, not plain Photoshop? The 3D features are part of the Extended version, but you may have had them working for 30 days when you first installed.

    that is not the reason... i do have the fully bought and fully paid extended version
    ps can read DAE but not u3d... this is not the reason

    any other ideas?
