Help! Eternal Kyra Hair by: FX Design

Hi All,
I have a question regarding the product Eternal Kyra Hari by: FX Design. I purchased this product on Renderosity.com and have an issue that I am wondering if anyone else may have run into. First off I am able to load the Hair figure with no problem. The problem comes when I go to add the materials. Nothing happens even though the files are in the right folder. The files are mc6. I contacted the developer with this problem and he told me everything should work properly as long as I "select to navigate the poser formats to the folder where they are stored". Now, I have done the load manually and from the poser files that come up in Daz and neither work. Has anyone else ran into this problem? If so how did you fix this? Any ideas will be helpful and appreciated.

    Is the hair selected when you apply the materials file?

    Yes, the hair is selected. I even tried to go to the Pose folder and select the material file from their but it comes up unable to locate the .jpg file which there was no .jpg files in the package that I received.

    According to the product page at Renderosity there are two zips -did you download and install both?

    Right about now I feel very stupid. I installed all of the files but for some reason after reviewing the files I forgot to install the textures file. I just tried the hair again and it works fine. Thanks for all of your help:)
