shopping cart borked - can't buy Tertius

Had Tertius in my cart earlier this night, bounced around a few other
websites (in different tabs), browsed around the DAZ3D site for a while,
and *POOF* somewhere along the way Tertius vanished from my cart.
Tried to add it again and it tells me:
"The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 1."

There's nothing in my cart and the store won't let me add it. I've logged
out, cleared cookies, logged back in, tried Firefox on a different computer,
no improvement.

I've seen other posts about glitches recently but I haven't seen resolutions.
I've also seen others have been able to buy Tertius. Any suggestions?

If it's still not working later today I'll open a ticket but I hope the
support people are busy cooking Turkey and not fielding support tickets.

This can happen if you are not logged in properly.

Make sure that you are logged in to the store (not just the forum), add another item to your cart (any item), the Tertius item will then reappear. Now delete the extra item that you added. That fixes it.

You're a genius! Just added something from my wishlist, and that kicked it just as you suggested.

I always "verify" that I'm logged in by logging out, going to My Account, and logging in. But I forgot about
the trick you mentioned. Seen it before back in the early days of the new site but forgot about it.

Yes, we still need the odd 'trick', but hopefully that will all be fixed soon :)
