Hello,
I am new to the forum and to daz, gotta say I'm addicted! I spent around $120 yesterday on the market.
I am having a problem though, I purchased Garibaldi by mistake when I already have LAMH, I submitted a trouble ticket but have not gotten a reply yet, all I am wanting is store credit so I can delete Garibaldi and buy some other items I am salivating over. How long should I expect it to take to get a credit, and if it takes longer than 30 days to receive a reply am I disqualified from a refund?

No as you have sent the request it is Time stamped. And the Help desk is very busy I have read so it is a little behind. Give it a few days.
Ok great, thanks for the info, is store credit a possibility instead of sending it back to my bank account? I included that wanted that in the support ticket, but wasnt sure if that was possible or not, I am having trouble with my bank account so I dont want it to get lost in limbo.
If you requested store credit that is what you will get.
Does anyone have any ability to check what the status is? it's been five days and now I missed the november sale because I still havent heard anything. I love this product and plan to continue supporting it, but 5 days for a simple customer service response? C'mon that's crazy.
At the Time of my last post the person and other 2 or 3 helping, DAZ 3D is a SMALL company, were swapped with requests and working as hard as possible. Or So I read. Have you checked your Account for Credits? Have you checked your SPAM folder for a reply from the company? Also the Offices are CLOSED on Holidays and Weekends. Your 5 days so far have been 2 working days I believe. Thursday was a holiday in the US.
Ok, I appreciate the insight, sorry for being impatient, It just feels like I'm waiting for Christmas because I keep going through the store and salivating over hairstyles and things like that and cant wait to use them. I check my store credit and junk mail folder every day, multiple times a day, I'm somewhat OCD lol.
The only thing to do is wait patiently, although it would be nice if they would hire people that are specifically meant to run through these types of request. If they are that backed up, surely they make enough money to hire additional help. Anyhoo none of my business, I'll just keep on checking.
